Legal status
Tonomik is currently operated by Dicu Marius Nicolae, pending formal incorporation. Company registration details (entity name, registration number and registered address) will be published on this page once incorporation is complete.
This policy is currently available in English only. If anything here is unclear, contact us and we'll explain in your preferred language.
1. Who we are
Tonomik, operated by Dicu Marius Nicolae (pending formal incorporation) — referred to as "Tonomik", "we", "us" in this policy. You can reach us at marius.dicu@tonomik.com or +34 600 272 523.
2. What data we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), and the message you write, when you submit the form on this site.
- No analytics or advertising cookies. We don't currently run any analytics, advertising, or visitor-tracking tools on this site.
- Language preference: if you accept this in the cookie banner, we store your chosen language (English, Romanian, or Spanish) in your browser's local storage, purely so the site opens in the right language next time. If you reject it, your language choice isn't remembered between visits.
3. How we use it
Solely to respond to whatever you wrote in the contact form. We don't use your information for marketing, don't build profiles from it, and don't sell or share it with third parties.
4. Where it's processed
Contact form submissions are sent to an automation system (n8n) that we host and control ourselves — not a third-party SaaS platform. This infrastructure is physically located in Nuremberg, Germany, within the European Union. Because your data never leaves the EU, none of the additional safeguards or disclosures required for international data transfers apply here.
5. Legal basis
Under the GDPR, our legal basis for processing your contact form submission is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)) — given by choosing to fill in and submit the form.
6. How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions for 12 months after our last exchange with you, then delete them. If you'd like your data removed sooner, email us and we'll do it right away.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, and request a copy of it in a portable format. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these, email marius.dicu@tonomik.com.
8. Cookies & local storage
See the cookie banner shown on your first visit for exactly what's used and to change your choice at any time — look for the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
9. Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from minors.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or how it handles data changes. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
